2005 Battery Drain Issue
My dad has a 2005 and recently had a problem with battery drain. The car was put in reverse before it was shut down just like every other time. This time, however, it sat for about a month and when he came out to start it, the battery was completely drained (as in 4% left on an Odyseey battery). The only thing we could come up with is that the heated seat light is burnt out on the driver side and maybe that was on, but I dont see how that could even remain on or drain the battery that low. Any ideas?

Charge battery and have it load tested. Then use a battery maintainer. C6's are hard on batteries when they sit for extended time.

After a month it would be normal for the battery to be dead. If any light was on, the battery would be dead much sooner than a month. If you plan on leaving it for a long time, I agree with the above...a tender is a requirement.
