For your Dealer Nay sayers!
First had mirror issue and was replaced over $800 and no charge!! extended GM warranty paid!! Now window issue would not go all the way down, fixed did not even file claim on warranty! BUT Nav issue turned out to be Radio replacement!! The dealer is arguing with warranty folks! bottom line will be covered! That is a $3700 Radio!!!

You are fortunate. Not been my experience with dealers and extended warranty. I paid 100.00 to find out it was not a covered item. I know when the write up person was given the symptoms, he knew at that time it would not be covered. My only recourse is to never buy another vehicle from that dealer.

I must have the 2nd dealer in a million. Hampton Chevy has always been great and charges reasonable for any repairs that have been needed. Even when I didnt buy the car from them

OP, if you are happy, that is what matters. However, I don't see what is so noble about a dealer honoring a warranty, especially when said dealer makes an absurd amount of money by doing so.
Most people who complain about dealers are not complaining about them not honoring a warranty...they are complaining about the prices....like $3700 for a radio!!!
You bought your warranty for "extra insurance", and it has paid off. Good luck going forward, too.

Yeah thats outrageous cost. Any aftermarket radio thats 10X better than a factory nav is $500-800. What was the window issue? reindexing probably fixed it. Mirror $800???? I don't get that one
