Default Battery Voltage Jumping up and down

Hi , Need some help here..My battery voltage is dropping as low as 10.5v and back to 13+-v at idle and the car randomly won't start. One year old Optima Red Top tested ok.
Is there any other testing i can do before going to the dealer ?
Thanks

Could be symptom of a bad battery connection. Check the positive & negative connections both at the battery & at the engine ground point & starter. Make sure that the cone washer wasn't lost when the battery was replace. Without that washer, the clamp may not tighten fully.

Starter solenoid can be a issue, make sure that you don't have a bad connection, as the bakelite plastic holding the studs have a habit of cracking.

when my car had those symptoms it was a loose ground wire on the engine block down by the starter.
