I have never heard of a salvage website that deals in salvage Corvettes, or salvage cars of any kind for that matter. Sorry.

Why not buy a decent non-salvage Corvette?
There are quite a few for sale for cheap. Like mine. 17K and it is gone with more new parts than you would ever need.

I have bought this Monster from salvage auctions.

This place will go and check them out for you.
When I bought this bike it was nice. When it got to NC it had a big azz dent in the tank.

Here is one site you can check on, I have never used them so I have no experience with their service or processes.

Like MikeERWNC said why not purchase a non salvage car and ship it?
Good luck with your endeavor

Apprenticed after my night job at my in laws body shop for a while until I figured out wet sanding all day wasnt my thing. The shop bought from copart all the time. You win some on there and you lose some as well. They were all sealed bids and you kind of took their word on condition, but for a racecar, you should be OK. I have bought and rebuilt a few other makes from insurance salvage and did OK, however I was buying the ones the shop didn't have time to fix and I had the luxury of knowing its condition.

I know that IaaI is a stand up place but you might need special requirements to actually bid.

I have a freind that builds salvage cars and resales them.I have bought lots from Copart, they have a service that whatever area there in they have independent car people go out and do an inspection before you bid.The bids are on line as the sale goes. There website explains how it works.

Mike, nice looking Duc. Those early air cooled rides look the best.

I buy and rebuild salvage vehicles regularly. Just bought a '10 GS yesterday from CoPart.
