Hello All,
I'm new to this CF forum. I bought a Blade Silver 09 Base model with Auto Transmission in August. I'm very happy with the car.
I have couple Questions and Needs Members helps me.
Is it normal that the previous Owner installed the Wheels and. Tires 245/40/18 front and 285/40/18 rear on Gumby's wheels style. Don't know if it's OEM.
A full Z06 exhaust, from Exhaust manifolds to Tail pipes.. Do I needed a tune or I 'll have issues in the Future with Smog check here in California.
The Dealership already sent me the 2017 sticker.
Thanks All,
Dan

Congratulations on your purchase. 18 inch wheels feont and back? Tires are all 40-18? I thought you would have an issue with traction control stuff. I would tune due to changing rhe exhaust. Ca bubbas will soon chime in

If it's from the dealership, I'd imagine it has the extra cats that the cars got recalled on here. So you should have 2 in the headers and then 2 more in the mid pipe. Assuming that's all there, you should be fine with smog.

Stock wheel & tire size on 2009 Base should be front 245/40-18, rear 285/35-19. Nice ride!

Cool & Welcome! I'm guessing that your Gumby's are aftermarket knockoffs since OEM wheels should be:

Front: 18 inch x 8.5 inch - Rear: 19 inch x 10 inch.

Tires front: P245/40ZR18 - Rear: P285/35ZR19

Good luck with the inspection if he looks very carefully. The Smog check here is now a more thorough inspection & an OBDII plug to check for codes. There is no sniffer anymore for newer cars.
