Wanted to apologize to a few of you - we have your headlights, we're working as quickly as we can. We have 4 Zen6 headlight pairs in the shop right now and 2 more on the way. We're working as quickly as we can, but please expect at least a 2 week turn around until roughly next week, when we will be all caught up.

Batch IV is being completed now.
At this point, we have more than enough supply to not start on Batch IV (each batch is a LOT of units as you have seen in all the photos), but we figured we'd give you guys a head start on this.
If you pre-order the Batch IV units are are willing to wait 4 weeks, we will give you:
a) Free SEALANT (order on the site, DO NOT ORDER SEALANT, BUT SELECT "WILLING TO WAIT" as the option that removes $50 from your price)
b) Free set of T10 LED bulbs (use in your side markers, use in your reverse, or interior, or wherever you want).
This sale starts NOW til April 15th (tax day). We will remind you of this every few days!

Sorry for the delay. Just about everyone apparently is sending us their headlights (not just C6). But that's not an excuse, several weeks, there is probably a good explanation. I'll check into it and get back to you.

Hi been reading up, how long is the delay? I am interested in a pair. Do I need headlight gaskets? Why are they 99 dollars for gaskets?

Generally it's running about 1-2 weeks unless you pay for expedited overnight service - in that case, we drop everyone's order and just focus on yours.
Gaskets are $99 a pair, but 9 out of 10 times we're able to reuse yours.
There were quite a few factors to delay yours. You were one of 4 sets that arrived at the exact same time (within a few days of each other)
2 of those sets were black sealant units (one of them had broken internals).
Another set required painting the inside and that unfortunately was delayed by our painter's visit to the hospital (not 1, 2 or 3 times but 5 times - kidney stones and he's older).
So I'm sorry about that. Yours are opened and we're hoping to finish this Monday.

You all chose not to work on mine while waiting on parts for the other customers based of fear of mixing up parts. Seems like a company could be organized enough to not mix up parts. I also prepaid for the lenses so that they would be taken /used for someone else.
I wanted them prior to this weekend so I could have them for a car show. You all said that it shouldn’t be a problem. Then it was finish by today, ship next week. Now finish on Monday but that’s not a guarantee.
If I knew it was going to be 4 or 5 weeks I may have gone with RL Seabring.

Jason,
Your lights are finished. We had 3 black headlight pairs in various states so mixing up your gaskets or your bolts or your parts would be pretty easy to do when you're doing that many.
We've already generated the label to ship back to you.
Thanks for your patience. Will post photo within the hour.

Last thing, I prepaid for the lenses and was charged $250 instead of $200 per our messages. We agreed the labor would be reduced to offset this. Just want to make sure you guys hold up your end of the deal since it’s been several weeks you all might have forgotten.
And you guys never really said whether you would knock the price off of the sealant because I had to wait.
