Take your battery to an auto parts store and get it load tested. Lights working does not mean the battery has enough juice to start the car. Lots of strange things happen to these cars when the battery is not in top shape

On any car that is my indication that the battery is way more than toast or in the outside battery cables or connections. Your battery could be toast because of underperforming charging system or just old. I usually don't need that many indications. One or more of those indications would have already made the decision for me.

I forgot to plug mine into the tender for a week and it did the same thing.

Hooked the battery up to the tender and in about thirty six hours it was business as usual

If your battery died after sitting for just one week you have something wrong going on. Mine has sat over a month without a tender and still started no problem.

If it is holding charge for only one week it is at the end of its life. I would replace it. A good battery in a Vette should last at least 3 weeks without causing any of the OP,s problems. Also disconnecting the onstar fuse helps, if you are not using it. That has the most parasitical current draw while the car is sitting there and not running.

Thanks for getting back to me.
I have installed a new optima battery. last month have not lot a voltage. Always shows 13.30 volts. With the tender it show 14.25.
The dash cluster does not light up. My battery is new and has good voltage.
I do not know what to check. I plugged a scan tool and it said no DLC's readings.
Thinking something is not talking to the other computers.
Kind regards
Albert

Could be a lot of things....if you have ruled out a bad cell in your battery I would start checking for bad cables ....both main battery cable.....starter cable....and ground cables....could be loose....corroded...or chaffed

You likely need a more powerful scan tool. If you're using a typical retail scan tool, it is only going to read P codes. By your fault descriptions you possibly have a BCM failure or possibly a NW failure, neither of which will read on a retail scanner. These will be B codes, or U codes.
