Left work early to make some time to install my DSV tunnel drapes. Very easy install and perfect fit. I honestly would not expect anything less from DSV/vette candy. Didnt remove seats, only unbolted and moved out of the way enough to fit drapes.
You sure have a lot of interior bits covered with new material and the stitching, which is cool because it all ties together. I don't like when people do one obvious thing and nothing else matches. At least you have a theme going on here, nice touch.
I would go with black floor mats to take the focal point of the car off the carpet, and it will make all those nice stitches pop that much more.

I despise the bean counter who had the brilliant idea of leaving the carpet just long enough to barely tuck under the center console. I'm sure the money they saved on that extra inch of material really helped their bottom line.
I thought about going with alcantara or suede but was afraid that dust, dirt and dog hair would stick to it like glue. I'm thinking about dong the roof in alcantara. Would love to see pics
Nice job. They look great and now you've got me thinking of installing them. IIRC, my '72 240Z back in the day had diamond pattern stitching on the interior panels. I always liked that look.
BTW, I noticed that your from Bossier City in Louisiana. My wife and I spent a night there in 2009 during a cross country drive. IIRC it was part of the same municipal area as Shreveport. Funny story is that we visited with some ex-neighbors in Las Vegas because the drive to Birmingham rallied there. The husband was from Louisiana and I told him we were staying in Bossier (pronounced the way it looks "Bossyay") City. He smiled and corrected me to "Boozier". I felt kind of dumb but every course has its local knowledge.

That's the lock for the center console. May have been an early model thing.
