Get one of these, and a small flat screwdriver. Turn wheel all the way in. Pry center of clip out with small screwdriver. Then the whole clip with the other tool. There are 7 clips total to remove the flap. Then you have access to all three bulbs.

instead of the rag in the hole, i folded an index card and pushed it up there. worked great the one time the torx screw did fall
