My previous car ownership ranking!
I'm bored, so I started thinking on how much money and time I spent on cars. I'm 37 and have own some great cars. So, here are my ranking of the best cars I owned from 16 on up.
1) 2013 427 Convertible (Six speed)
2) 2002 Corvette Z06 (Six speed)
3) 2005 BMW M3 Convertible (SMG transmission)
4) 2015 Mustang GT with Performance Pack (6 speed)
5) 2007 Shelby Mustang GT (5 speed)
6) 2009 Chevrolet Cobalt SS Turbocharged (5 speed)
7) 2002 Lexus IS300 L-Tuned (5 speed)
8) 1994 Ford Escort GT (5 speed)
9) 2002 Lexus IS300 (5 speed)
9) 2001 Audi A4 (5 speed)
It would have taken too long to upload photos, but I would love to see and hear about other Corvette fans ownership rankings.

All have been fun to drive in their own way. Even the Escape at the bottom is fun, that turbo motor likes to get punchy sometimes.

Depending on when he owned it, a '94 Escort GT would have been a comparatively fun, quick, reliable car. Mazda motor, 2300 lbs, 5-speed, cheap.
Kind of like the old guys who had "fast" 15 sec. GTO's back in the old days and 16 sec. vettes in the 70's.

[QUOTE=TorchRedFred;1594296818] How did a Ford Escort rank higher than an Audi A4 and Lexus IS300.[/QUOTE
Simple! It was a fun car to drive by 90's standards. 130 horsepower and 150 pound feet of torque with a 5 speed. Light weight and quick!
The A4 was dull in comparison! If it was an S4, than it would be different. The IS300 was nice, but I didn't have fun driving it. It traded it for IS300 L-Tuned which was completely the opposite. It is rank higher than the Escort GT.
However, the Cobalt SS was the funner car especially with the Stage One kit.
See above!
☝️😎 You get it! I did own it in the 90's, and was proud to have an American compact car that hold its own against the imports! Still think about how fun that car was and how I wish the Cobalt SS motor came with that car in the 90's.
