Default TopCoat paint sealant

Anyone use TopCoat F11 on their car? Watching a video of it here on YOUTUBE some guy using it on his Harley. Seems to be a very, very good product to use on the corvette for a great wet shine. They use it on every part of the bike with no problem whatsoever, even glass.

Upon watching YouTube I saw many positive results. They claim you never have to wash your car with soap and water again if directions are followed correctly.

I received my Top Coat order just yesterday. Washed my black C6 and applied some to the hood and fenders today. Honestly, I can't see any difference when compared to most of the spray wax detail products. It looks a little milkier that those products, goes on easy, but did not cover swirl marks or lite scratches..... (those you can't feel) and I thought it was suppose to do this?

Default Waxes & sealants

Having worked for Dealerships for over 30 yrs, I have tried many so called 'sealants' over the years, you know- the ones they try to sell you when they sell you the vehicle, claiming it is a lifetime sealant, just come in once a year to have it 'renewed,. This is a joke, along with other high priced waxes. If you're like me, you wipe down your car frequently , so you're wiping off the coating of wax that is a couple of thousandths thick in just a few cleanings. Yes, they will make your paint shine for a while, and having a black car I also like to keep mine shining! But I'm finding just a quick shine spray is about as effective as the more expensive waxes and so called 'sealants', which are much more labor intensive.

A sealant can not fix damaged paint.
