To each their own. I love the satin black wheels on my CE GS vert. I've seen chrome on them and don't like it. Your taste in wheels is yours; why try to dictate or belittle someone else's choice?

This looks better.....
They are actually a black chrome and are a little muted so they don't jump out at you.
How about a "action shot".....the chrome appears more subdued .....

They all look beautiful, black/chrome/Baby Moons.
Hell w/o wheels & on cinder blocks C6 looks better than most other cars.

Some cars look better in different colors and the same for the wheels. On some Corvettes black wheels look great, others not so much. Personal choice is the issue here. I can remember when chrome reversed wheels with baby moons were the latest thing, not now. The wheel issue changes every few years which makes it interesting to see what comes next.
