Changing US dash to CND dash.
Hey guys,
I bought a US car here in Canada and thus got the 0-200 speedo. The Canadian cars come with the 0-300 speedo which for my kinda driving activities would be the one of choice.
Has anyone ever done the conversion? Worth it? Yes I know I can use the HUD and have been for when I bury the speedo but it would still be nice to have.

I've done one. I changed out the US Cluster in my 2007 coupe to the CAN Cluster, ordered it through York Electronics in Calgary, (they are an authorized GM supplier of electronics).
US Cluster part number was 25802191
CAN Cluster part number was 25802190
If you order it through York vs the dealership, there are some savings for sure. Price was $629.30 which includes the core you have to send back to them.

When I lived in Canada I had it memorized in my head how many miles per hour were kilometers per hour. At least you can import cars from the States now as it was not always the case due to different emissions standards. Good luck with your conversion.
