Default Need Pics of Wheels

New to the forum here. I recently purchased a 2007 Base Corvette in Monterey Red. I have always loved the look of the ZR1's, especially the wheels. Should've just bought a ZR1 then, right? Only problem is I'm 20 and on a budget. So next best thing, I'm looking for reps. Preferably ZR1 style or something similar. I can't decide between gloss black and black chrome. Any opinions and pictures of black chrome in any wheel style and on any color Vette would be greatly appreciated. Shoot me a link to a vendor while you're at it!
Also adding that I will be tinting tails and markers soon, as well as having the halo and possibly the mirrors painted black. Not sure if that will clash with the bling of the black chrome.

He did ask, but asked for black chrome, not regular chrome. lol.

Blake, you'll learn that Ed takes every opportunity to post pics of his corvette. Ed, love your car, it's very nice.

I think that black chrome would compliment the black halo, top, and mirrors.

Oh, and welcome to the forum.

Didn't notice that "black" part.....wonder why?

He can just squint a little and it'll look ok.

I actually love the chrome and think it would look great on mine if I wasn't going the route I am with the halo, mirrors, etc.

since you are on a budget, consider wrapping the halo... would be cheaper than paint

i think a gunmetal/competition gray would be bad *** on your color car

I know a guy who knows a guy so I can have it painted for almost the same price and it will be better in the long run. And I've considered comp grey but haven't found many pics for reference. Don't wanna buy them and dislike the look.

Default Black Chrome

You should take into consideration that Black Chrome Wheels will scratch very easily. Ask me how I know.
