Default AC control not working on my 2013 427 Convertable

I have a 2013 C6 427 convertible with 7,016 miles. My AC controls aren't working. You cannot change the temp, fan speed, etc. AC blows cold but the temp is stuck at 61* on the drivers side and 60* on the passenger side. Fan speed is stuck with 3 bars showing on the display.

It's almost like the HVAC control unit is frozen and none of the buttons work. Thoughts?

You can try 2 things to see if you can get it reset.

Try pressing these 3 buttons simultaneously:
1. Rear defrost (right most climate button)
2. Front defog (2nd right most button)
3. Fan speed increase (4th right most button)

If this doesn't work, try disconnecting the car battery for 10 minutes.
This may get rid of whatever glich exists.
If you do this, you will have to re-index the windows (see owners manual for this procedure)

Good luck, and report back if either work. It could be helpful to the next person with the same issues.

If the reset procedure does not work, I've seen ones for sale on EBay for about $100.00.
