They have quality products
I have had their extended front ZR1 spoiler and side skirts and extended
rear ZR1 rear spoilers for about 5 years and love the fit and finish. The
price was way more reasonable than competitors.
lol, No I am not affiliated with C7 Carbon. Just a satisfied client.

Same here . I ordered a CF rear diffuser on 3/29 and have had several promises. It's both a shame they have a good product so I can't get pissed off, but I still get pissed off because getting info from them is tough. Fortunatley, I already installed the from spoiler and skirts, so this was last order.
I ordered a standard height ZR1 carbon fiber rear spoiler more than 2 months ago from C7 Carbon.
On there website it states that the shipping time may take up to 4 to 6 weeks. In fact, when I ordered it, the guy on the phone said I should have it in about a month ... no problem.
It now has been more than 2 months and it still has not shipped.
Every time I call C7 Carbon, I get the same answer .... That my order is next in line to be filled.
Just wondering if any one else has had wait times exceeding 2 months before getting a shipping email from C7 Carbon ?

The world is not going to come to an ending by this long wait time, but since it's been more than 2 months now, I may just call them and cancel the order and have them do a 'credit back' on my Visa card.
I am thinking that this company is having more problems that there just not openly talking about.

I just sent my 3rd update request, hoping to finally hear something meaningful. Been waiting for a rear diffuser since 3/29 and yes I paid for it and yes they have my money. Normally I would have pulled the plug on this , but the rest of my carbon fiber came from them and their fit and finish has been real good.
They need to invest in customer service.

I'm on week 6 for my c.f. extended spoiler. They did tell me 10-12 was the more realistic time frame though. I'm a repeat customer so I expected the longer wait but as choppy had stated, it's definitely worth the wait.

I got tired of the long wait .. So I called C7 Carbon and cancelled my order of the ZR1 rear spoiler. After about 4 days, I received a credit back on my CC.
Since then, I ordered a ZR1 ABS plastic spoiler from an ebay vendor ($170) and had it shipped to American Hydrocarbon here in Florida.
It's there right now getting the carbon fiber design hydrographic finish dipped and then clear coated.

C7 Carbon needs to hire a few more workers for there production facility in Tijuana, Mexico so they don't keep having these very long production delays (not good at all for there business).

It's not easy to be a small biz, but then again, no one starts out as a big biz (without big help, that is). When biz ramps up dramatically, many/most small biz can't handle it. Some can't handle even very small volumes let alone big volume. It's the reason so many small biz stay small. It's also the reason so many small biz go out of biz. If it were me, I'd be concerned about the co. being there if there ever is an issue, or want a replacement. JMO

My Spoiler from C7 was fiberglass so that I got it fairly quickly. I've heard that the CF ones take centuries to arrive....lol. Good luck Chassed!

I have to update my earlier posts.
I finally heard back from C7 and apparently they'll be shipping my rear diffuser this weekend and supplying a tracking number. I hope they do
More to follow monday.

Good for you! I called and was told 4 more weeks.....lol. That would put me at 11 weeks, which is actually what they told me, 10-12 weeks, when ordering. I really don't mind as this is my busy season at work.
