The ZR1 and the Extended ZR1 spoiler are similar in the design but the extended is higher and leans to the back more.
they both come down in the middle if that is what you are referring to as H design.

Would need to see a pic. None of the vendors here use that term for their ZR1 spoilers.

Hard to tell by the photo, so I can't really tell if it's the standard height ZR1 style spoiler, or the extended height.
Most aftermarket ZR1 style spoilers (to include the OEM ZR1 spoiler) will have a thin piece of material directly below the 3rd brake light opening .... the one in your photo don't.
Here is the ZR1 spoiler on my car .... you can see that section below the brake light:

Looking harder at the photo you posted, I am thinking that it's the standard height ZR1 style spoiler.
Is it finished with anything, or just black plastic (hard to tell by your photo)?
How much are you paying for it (delivered to your door)?

Well, that photo looks like the spoiler is higher than the standard ZR1 spoiler ... maybe it is the extended version.
Again:
1. Is it finished with anything, or just black plastic (hard to tell by your photo)?
2. How much are you paying for it (delivered to your door)?

Be careful though, you get what you pay for. Many of the inexpensive versions of this spoiler have proven to be utter crap, and require extensive modification to make them fit and look right.

That's a good deal [if] the workmanship and fit is good.
You will also need the mounting hardware for it and will need to drill some holes in your rear bumper cover to mount it ... unless it's held on with some kind of tape (which is not the best way to mount it permanently)

Yeah i know, like i said, good thing seller accepts returns for any reason, just wanted to get a couple opinions from people here on the forums to clarify the size on it, cause i already had the stock size and just wanted to go bigger and not buy another one the same size lol

Keep in mind, that spoiler uses your OEM spoiler (the whole spoiler, not just the light) and the spoiler fits over the current spoiler. (See the cutout on the bottom)
I think that will look like and "added on" piece instead of a replacement piece. JMO.
