13 is obviously the latest and greatest... You need to decide what your budget is as well since they're the most expensive. When I bought my 13 new I only wanted a 1LT car without chrome wheels and saved $8k since it's only a weekend cruiser.

A coupe with a manual transmission, means you have a dry sump engine, which was hand built by one person at the performance engine center.

So if you have these two options:
1- 2012 GS Yellow exterior (black/ebony interiors) done 20,000 miles only. for $30k
2- 2013 GS 60th Anniversary Edition Space Grey exterior (black/red interior) done 87,500 miles. For $30k
both are loaded with factory options.
Which one you go for!!??

In regards to this scenario, I would definitely say the 2012. Not really any difference between the 12' and 13's so mileage becomes a big factor. You could put 25k miles on the 12' and you would still only be at 45k and by some could still be considered low mileage for the year. With the 13', you are only 12.5k away from being over 100k. Some will say that 100k miles is nothing for a vette, but it does affect your resale value down the road and would make it more difficult to sell. The 12' sounds like a bargain at that price, which could be a red flag, so I'd be sure to make certain everything checks out.

I have a 2010 and love this crap out of it..... but might have done well to buy a 2012 given the additional creature comforts (stereo, seats, etc.)

Like the 2012 GS Centennial Edition coupe, got mine last fall. It has the automatic, personal choise, really like it. Agree with above suggestions on considerations. Especially " take your time" and get it checked out if not familiar with C6s.
If you choose a M6 transmission, make sure the clutch fluid has been changed every two years, and documented, as state in service manual ( needs to be done so that all fluid is replaced, includes removal of rear covers to access needed bleeder). The GM procedure helps ensure that you do not have a very large expense, for changing out a failed rear clutch slave cylinder.
Good luck, they are great fun!

Some people just like fast cars it's called "Horsepower Sickness".....I do a little street racing from time to time and 707 HP Hellcats and 650 HP Vipers are just a snack!.....That wasn't true with the Stock 436 hp,...,Vettes are made to Personalize.....That's why Lingenfelter,Callaway and the others are backed up with orders fore more HP....Its no fun being Second....

I don't think you could go wrong with any of them.....I totaled out a 2009 base convertible and lucked onto a 2011 GS convertible M6 4LT with 7654 miles. Have had it a year and only problem was a clutch master cylinder was replaced at 14000 miles. Only complaint I have is the front end sits lower than the 2009 base and scrapes a lot...mines a daily driver when its not raining.

If you find the one with slender fenders, it's faster, cost/availability for tires is better, mpg higher, and initial price less. Oops! Not a GS though.
