I do think about a tree/branch crashing into my chimney (wood/coal) in the winter while I'm away, starting a fire and leveling the place.

Honestly, that 488 just looks too much like an old kit car to me. I know that we're supposed to admire the wonderful Italian design, but it's just an ugly car that costs a lot of money, and goes fast. Ho hum.
The ACR just looks like some adolescent dream.

I only park in parking lots where I can pick the optimum parking spot for my Vette. If that spot doesn't exist, I go elsewhere to conduct my business.
It's not my daily driver so I can be picky where I park it on the days I drive it. If I need to go to the mall or visit someone in the hospital, I drive one of my other vehicles. I do the same with my motorcycle.

The one good thing about parking garages is finding an empty one and doing a few 1st gear runs up the ramp.
