Default Fluttering noise c6

When cruising 60-65 in my 09 c6 I get a fluttering noise coming from the front of car. Any ideas?

Cowling on passenger side of windshield is cracked, loose or both. You can glue or tape to check. Replacement is easy and takes little time.

If it is not the above, do you have splash guards?

If it sounds like "Bees in a can" it is the front cowl for the windshield.

Very common issue.

the steering column is best for insulation of noise.

Agreeing with others, check the cowl cover for a loose fit, front air deflectors, front grill, splash guards and inner fender panels. Most likely the front cowl cover is loose. I would go ahead and check everything while you are at it.

Yes! In my case there's a white connector that clips to the edge of the windshield. It had broken off of the back of the black cowling on the passenger side. I used 3M VHB double sided tape on the cowling in that area and put a weight on it to hold it down tight overnight. Now about 2 years later it is still holding as well as the broken clip and NO fluttering noise.

Make sure when you do this you get the tape to hold the rubber sealing edge of the cowling down on the glass. Do not tape the rubber edge down, keep the VHB tape on the hard plastic.

My guess is the OP got fed up with the whole thing and sold it in 2017.

Well, at least, somebody may benefit from my fix suggestion. It's not the first time I've commented on an old threat and probably won't be the last.
