Pretty sure they only install the products that they sell. Not a general repair shop.
Not south O.C. but try McJacks Corvettes in Santa Ana or Corvette Mike's in Anaheim

They may not be as close as the op wants but they do more than install products they sell. They installed my Corsa Sport axel back I purchased from someone else. They also installed B&B exhaust on my friends C7 he purchased elsewhere.

I was talking to one of their customers while they were working on mine.
He said he had them do major engine mods on his C7 pretty soon after he purchased it new.

I was not positive about them for sure. All I know is I tried to get a quote from them to install a harmonic balancer on my C6 and was told they 'don't do that kind of repair'

I can't say I'm positive either, I just assumed after talking to one of their customers. We took my friends C7 up to have his exhaust installed and there was a Z06 with the engine out of it in their shop.

The OP should put more stock in your suggestions since you live in the area and I'm 100 miles away.

We do general repair as well on 1997 and newer Corvettes.

Not too sure who would of told you that. We just did a C5 balancer last week. There are only a few things we do not do. We do not paint or body work or audio/video work. Anything else feel free to give me a call.
