We used an epoxy that was made for Aircraft hangers. It had a 2 part primer coat then the final epoxy top coat.
The painters are still sanding and painting so it is pretty dusty at the moment but hopefully that will end soon
It was a lot of work but it was worth it.

yes, new layout. And we had to overcome the attempt by the City to "annex" my property. Which we did. So we continue to be in the Unincorporated area with no road blocks.
We have to go through the county now which is not an issue.
So we are starting to finally move forward. Redesigned track layout, Garage space available for lease as we speak.

3.4 mile total length, North and South tracks around 1.7 each.
Building #2 with 20,400 sf for lease. 8 spaces @ 2500sf or any combination up to 20,400 sf
