Noise that is driving me crazy
Alright so I'm back with another "what is that noise"
Car has been making this strange whirling noise for a while. At first I thought it was the Harmonic balancer so I had that replaced along with a few other things and to my surprise the noise is back. Yay...
Specs on the noise
can hear it at idle along with lower speeds
coming from passenger side
very noticeable in cabin, not so much outside with hood open
I think I captured the sound ok on video, here is the link
any input is appreciated.

Got the check engine light codes and they are
PO121 - throttle/pedal position sensor A circuit range/performance
PO430 - Catalyst system efficiency below threshold
With that being said I noticed the noise wasn't there today or not as prevalent. I'm not sure if it has to do with the weather (it was significantly warmer today) or what but this is exactly how it goes. It'll be there to annoy the crap to me and as soon as I take it anywhere to get looked at, it stops and people look at me like I have 3 heads trying to explain it.

Don't know where to start w/ cat issue, though many members probably know what's up, hopefully will chime-in, help.
Intermittent faults are the absolute worst scenario for all but the most seasoned, experienced tech to track down, no codes a'tall worse yet.
Especially based solely on an owner's complaint/symptom, it isn't easy.
Fortunately no need to explain anything w/ those codes, anymore.
2 valid codes provides a starting point for effectively tracing issue.
Let your wrench explain the whys.

TPS going bad I've heard of before, IIRC it isn't a major fix.
