hi all im Steve from the uk.
I recently purchased a victory edition c6 ls2 m6 and absolutely love it.
Theres not much action on the uk forum so thought I'd come over here to join your party.
Theres so much I want to do to it as im not one to have a standard car, only problem is parts in the uk are non existent so everything will have to come from your side of the pond.
If anyone has interesting parts for sale that there willing to send over or can advise what my best option for purchasing parts are then please let me know.
Move put a wanted post up with the parts I've started to look for.
Thanks all

Hey Steve, welcome. I am an Ex Brit living in Miami, and still have yet to see a Vette on my trips home.
The fam and I will be over in August visiting the family.
There is a guy on Ebay that does leather parts for the interior that you put on yourself over your parts, he is in the UK too. Very reasonable pricing if you can glue the leather parts yourself. There is a thread on here from a member who has done it.
The biggest PITA for shipping over to the UK is the forms to fill out.

Nice car, your steering wheel is on the wrong side...or are those negatives...LOL.
Now you know how I've felt driving Jaguars for the last 25 years. No parts over here either!
I miss London. My favorite European City of all!
Stay Safe over there!! Keep Calm...Carry On!

Love your color combinations, my suggestions there must be Corvette Clubs in you area, join them and ask how they get parts.

Hi Steve, nice Corvette!
Welcome to the forum. I'm in western Canada about 80 miles east of Vancouver. We don't have a problem getting Corvette parts or accessories here but the 74 cent Canadian Dollar combined with import duties is a bit of a downer. When you factor in the "Corvette Tax" its time to grab your ankles.
I would love to vacation in the UK and my wife, whose family originated from the UK would also love to go back for a visit. My wifes mother came from Yorkshire and her father from Wales. They moved to Canada right after WWII.
Incidentally one of my favorite TV shows used to be Top Gear and I'm a Jeremy Clarkson fan.

I was on a vintage Mustang forum and one of the members was an Aussie police officer. His '67 Mustang was left hand steering and he got pulled over by the cops for speeding. He said the police officer stood on the right hand side of the car and was raising hell with his wife until he identified himself as a brother officer and pointed out the steering wheel location.

Welcome to the forum! You will find an amazing amount of information on here and much better than other forums that I am on for other cars.
Enjoy the C6 - Cheers!

what are those black square accents under the headlights. I was doing research on these types of c6's seems like you back side markers are also yellow/amber?
Never knew this existed.

The small black sections are headlight washers and yes the side markers are all orange along with 2 of the rear lights.
Mad much as I love this car a small part of me wishes I had a us spec.
Red rear lights
red side markers
smooth front bumper
cheaper road tax
also a very very small part of me is craving for paddle shifters so I could upgrade them to larger f1 type paddles and listen to the downshift blips 😍
