Which spark plugs/wires?
Almost at 100k miles, going to change spark plugs and wires
which would be best?
C6 2005 LS2
I'm thinking AC Delco, but people say NGK's are better?
Any suggestions or opinions? Car is stock.

Unless you have headers or plan to take these wires off and on I would just stick with AC D.
If you want to upgrade a bit you could go with Firecore 50. They are great wires.

my recent research seems to suggest: AC Delco plugs/wires if you want to stay OEM, or AC delco plugs/msd wires if you want to go headers. I am personally running NGK plats/OEM wires but will probably go MSD wires in the near future. I am eventually going to get headers, MSD wires allow you to angle the plug by bending it slightly...

MSD wires and NGK plugs are the way to go. I've been using them since my cam install without any issues.

But the op's car is stock. So no need for those. Stock is more than good for his car. Plugs and wires. No need to get fancy.
I just did wires today on my car with cam CAI and tune. I went stock as suggested by my tuner and mechanic as I trust them with my life.
I do have ngk plugs but I have a few mods but no headers.

I'm at 145K on the original wires. They've been on and off the plugs at least a dozen times. Nearly 500 passes at the track and over 6K rpm and 100 mph weekly at a minimum. I'll change wires if I get a misfire or if someone would guarantee as little as a .005 ET improvement.

Christopher Martin, aka Subfloor, is also using OEM wires and lots of other stock stuff, while running low 10's with a bunch more passes than me. It's proof that some of the stock stuff works real well.

Aging of Delco spark plugs
My C6 is a daily driver. I changed plugs and wires at 83k just for the FUN of it. I went with stock, since they seemed to work well. The original 41-985 OEM plugs were discontinued, replaced with the 41-110. I've included a photo showing old and new plugs. You can see that the tip of the plugs have eroded and the gap has widened considerably. But even with the larger gap the car ran fine. There was no noticeable difference after the replacement, just a sore back from leaning over the fender.

for 83k miles those plugs look great.
I think AC plugs are underrated. I wish they made more stuff for non GM like for motorcycles.
I really don't get the write-ups, that say get NGK or MSD if you mod the car with headers. Bottomline, you should get the right heat range plugs for the right application. If AC has the right plugs for the modifications, I'd like to know why to change brands? I can get that you might need extra insulation for high heat conditions.
