There was no Z52.

Z51 = 13,696 total; 8,966 coupes / 4,730 convertibles

Maybe he means the 1987 Z52 option?

Yes, it is 0

But, there were, interestingly, 13,696 Z51 Vettes.

Couldn't help but be an SA on that one...

The guys here are mostly harmless, though it may not seem that way on the receiving end. Don't let it prevent you from asking questions in the future. Have you ever visited the FAQ pages? Man, there are so many great subjects covered there. Take a look if you have not done so before.

I noticed that a lot of times on here, I jus bought a C6 with low mileage and I'm very proud of the deal I got.

I tried googling it but I'm pretty sure I typed Z51 in the search and got sent in circles

The Z51 was an option, but not a model, compared to "Z06", or "GS". Though lots of owners refer to their car as a "Z51", searches don't pull up a lot of info because of it not being a model.

If you look things up, or try to order parts, you will need to use "base" as the identifier. Sometimes, you will then be asked "Performance Suspension?" which refers to the Z51 option. I see that on TireRack all the time.

Feel free to ask questions, and overlook the snarks (including myself, if I do that to you).

OP, if you're interested in just researching your car or Vettes in general, suggest you get familiar with Corvette Action Center. Probably more info than you'll ever want to learn. Check it out.

According to the Corvette Black Book, there were 13,696 Corvettes in 2007 that had the Z-51 option.

As a side note, in 1963 there was no such thing as a Z06 model, but there was a Z06 performance option package.

There are very few real jerks on here (only 5 or 6) and everybody else is just joking. You will find out who the turds are real quick because they never contribute anything but grief.
