Excited about new street and track tires
My 2013 base C6 came with the Goodyears and I just couldn't take the terrible noise from them any more. I replaced them with Bridgestone RE960AS Pole Position RFTs and can't believe how quiet they are and how quiet a Corvette can be with good tires and NPP exhaust while cruising. I am now hearing pleasant mechanical sounds from the car not tire whine. I live in the northeast and will drive in cold weather if the roads are clear so I went with all season tires.
I also use my car on race tracks and am excited Nitto NTO1s now come in the OEM sizes for C6s so I can use them on extra sets of used OEM wheels which are real cheap.
It's a good day for Corvettes and tires around here this week.

Even GM finally switched to Michelins with the C7.
