Default Good Deal?

Cincinnati Area Dealer - 2007 Corvette convertible, 2LT, Z51, 6 speed - 16,800 miles, $29,500. Car is in great shape, so I am told. Going to test drive for a friend today. Fair Price?

IMO, it's top of the market but not silly. I, unlike some others, put little value on very low miles which is where the premium comes from here. This is a car that's 10 years old and it'll show as much time wear as a car with 150k miles which is why I don't value low miles as much as others.

If it sings to you, go for it.

I believe that's a bit spendy for an '07 Vert 2LT. I paid 26K for an '07 base coupe (Z51, A6, 3LT with Nav) with 34,000 miles on it and in primo condition last October. This was in CA, where the Corvette market is a bit more expensive.

I'd offer 25K or perhaps 26K if the car is really nice and checks out mechanically.

I think people get confused on prices between coupes and verts. With the mileage being low I would say 27 or 28k. It's barely broken in as long as it was garaged and the 16k miles weren't all on the track. It's essentially new.

I say that's high. Even though it's a convertible and plus it's an LS2. For that price you may can find a Certified Pre-Owned LS3 or at least LS3.

Last Feb. 2016 I got my 2011 Grand Sport coupe with 18K miles, Certified Pre-Owned, 6-speed, 1LT for $33K from Atlanta, GA

Seems high to me, it is 10 years old. For that kind of money there are a lot of used 'vettes to choose from. I looked for a year before finding the one that was right for me, as in 1 owner and documented maintenance. Choose wisely and don't be in a hurry, who is the dealer?

IMO, too much by 20%. What is the benefit of a somewhat low mileage car that is almost 11years old, and has less power, and less updated tech? For that money, you can buy a 2010 Vert Vettes with under 50K...just my opinion.

Bad deal. Don't go a dollar over $25k.

Try to find an 08+ instead.

For the same money, I would look for a 2008 or newer.

I paid only $1500 more a year and a half ago for an 08 3LT Z51-optioned vert with 28.5k miles on it as a comparison. This 07 seems kind of high.
