That's a C6? From where it's located, that doesn't look normal but I'll let other "body folk" chime in. Looks to me like something hit something and caused it.

That looks like a line from a clear bra or something similar that was on the front bumper at one time. Maybe a lousy installer with a heavy hand on a razor blade. Looks too clean to be a stress crack to me.

Doesn't look like a crack at all. Nor does it look like a C6. More like a C4.

It's not a stress crack and stress cracks are NOT normal in Corvettes.

Looks like wax at the edge of a clear bra.
If bra was removed, razor blade removal/ install tool damage.

OP let everyone know what you conclude.

After re-looking, that must be part of the C6 headlight on the left. I agree it looks like it is/was wax at the edge of a clear bra. Also looks like wax in the body crevice right above it.
If you are not capable, get the car pro detailed and that should disappear.

Nah. Distractions are good. Get out there with an old toothbrush and if that is old wax next to a clear bra, it will come right off.
If not, get a light polishing compound and rub on it for a few minutes.

Rux, this is a 2007

At first I couldn't figure out where the stress crack is. All I kept thinking is all I see is the line left by the clear bra, I must be missing something. I guess not.

Yeah, I just couldn't see it at first.
Anyway, you can see the horizontal line and, looking close, can see the vertical line next to the headlight seal.

it does match up to a C6 and looking at the photos with the light swirls and scratches, a good paint correction with the appropriate polishes and then application of the last step product of the owners choice would not only make the line from the film "disappear" but make the clarity and depth of the paint that much better too...............

yes, even films can get swirled from improper washing and drying methods.............. but all can be corrected with time and effort.......

That's a clear bra line. Look closely on the left side at the top of the bumper and you will also see the vertical line edge of the bra, about a 1/4 " right of the bumper edge.
