Since you have the leather-wrapped dash and door panels, I'd suggest you use Zaino's Leather In a Bottle to treat the leather. They also have a very good leather cleaner that can be used prior to treating. Best stuff I've found, and it gives the car that new car smell. You can find them at Zainostore.com.

From what I understand, the leather is plastic coated. I've been using Meguires Leather Cleaner wipes on mine. My only worry is that the glue will come loose under the leather, and come up like it does on some of the 4LT trim. My 2009 came loose and I had the dash replaced. So far my 2011 GS 4LT is doing ok.

Yea it's coated leather. A damp microfiber towel is all that's needed.

When I'm washing the exterior I use Optimum No Rinse on a microfiber towel to wipe down all the interior surfaces, then wipe dry with a waffle weave towel

I use ONR on the windows too, so it makes things easy. One product for everything.

Use your favorite quick detail (mine right now is Meguiar's Mirror Brite) and a microfiber. This is the best gentle cleaning you can give. Don't worry about protection, it's not necessary.

3LT for me. Using the same wipes and they seem to do a good job.

My 4LT dash came loose recently, very disappointed in poor quality of workmanship in such expensive option. 13 GS, 15K miles.

I've noticed a few people talking about this happening. So far, mine is good. How much is the repair for this? Was there a recall? Is GM covering it?

Warranty wise, I think all C6 4LT owners are now on their own. I recently read on this forum that the 4LT dash pads are no longer in production, so finding a new one would depend on what still be out there 'somewhere'
