?why so many B&B bullet exhausts for sale?
any idea?
if you sold a set what was your reason?
(i recently picked up a used set on here)
there seem to be more b&b bullets for sale than anything, minus factory NPP exhausts.

I wish there were more B&B fusions for sale. That would be the only exhaust I would upgrade to from my stock NPP.
People selling the bullets probably got tired of the drone.

My guess is because they drone at highway speed.
Folks get tired of that after awhile

The bullets really are a very aggressive set of pipe. Most people think they are too loud and drone too much. I have the Fusion setup and have 0 complaints. Very loud and very quiet all rolled into one.

I was looking to sell mine as well due to the highway drone, but ended up building myself a clamshell trunk partition using instructions from one of the DIY FAQs and am pretty pleased with the improvement. I may have to revisit the issue if and when I upgrade the stock exhaust manifolds to headers though.

I'm debating selling my fusion and going back to stock.

Like everyone else has said - 2 reasons - LOUD, and drone. I must be getting old; I just took off the BB PRT exhaust that was on the car when I bought it. Loved it but it had a small amount of drone on the highway that got old on long trips. Swapped it out for an NPP set with NPP in a box so I can control the sound level at will.

I'm 2nd owner and the Bullets were installed by the original owner. I loved the sound on short trips, but it's my daily and the drone was eventually just too much to deal with...so I sold them when I found a cheap stock exhaust for sale. I miss the sound a little, but not enough to get bullets again.
The Fusion is what I was considering to get next because of the ability to control via Mild to Wild.
Does the Fusion drone too when it's on quiet mode? I sincerely hope it doesn't...because that would be a deal breaker for me.

Need to get them off and back to B&B first to get repaired, then see what they did to repair them. I don't want them coming off every 6 months to be fixed because of their crappy design.

Depends on what you are looking for. Looks like they are not nearly as reliable as a stock NPP system, they don't add any more power than a stock NPP system. So $300-400 for a nice stock awesome GM system, or $1600+ for an unreliable system. Some people don't have issues, but myself and many others do.

Borla S type II. Good deep throaty sound all the time. I love the burble when I let off and absolutely NO drone. Not to mention the 4 inch tips look better than the 3 1/2 ones.
