Default #7 Cylinder Misfire

Hi, Can anyone give me some advice as to what else I can do to get the #7 Cylinder Misfire to go away. Here is what I've done thus far: replaced spark plug, spark plug wire, coil pak, fuel injector, compression check is around 100, & then I ran a full tank of 100 octane gas... I clear the code & it just comes right back in along with the check engine light. The car is Not running rough & it still has plenty of power... I'm pretty car savvy & I can do a lot of work myself but I think I might just have to bring it to the dealer... $$!/$/!*#
Any Suggestions...

What is the code number that your getting. 100.. I assume is lbs., should have more than that, though. Did you check the adjacent cylinder, #5?
Electrical issues??, are you sure the coil is firing the plug?
Take the wire off the installed spark plug, plug in a loose one, making sure the plug is grounded, fire the engine, look for arcing spark at the plug.
Also, are you sure the injector is firing. They make tools to check this also.

swap, plug, wire, injector and coil pack to another cylinder and see if the fault moves to that one
