Great color, very clean looking, looks like some big pipes on there. Congrats and Enjoy.

Ya, I have been searching for months. I found some of the Le Mans Blue & tan (sorry...."cashmere") but usually an automatic. Then find one, but driver seat really poor, or other probs. I found this one online and (after 63 pics), talking to the mechanic, and 4 or 5 conversations, I took the chance with my down payment in hand, and packed up the wife and her car, and drove there unsure a bit. But, it is a beauty, and I'm happy as....well, just happy! Thanks!

Loved both of them. Was actually going for a C4 this time around, when I notice some early C6's going for 17-22k. So, end result is a LeMans Blue coupe. Pretty sure I'm going to have a hard time getting to sleep...but will be on the road for 11 hours, so hopefully can get a few hours in. Will be sure to post pics tomorrow (depending on how the day goes), or Thursday. That giddy feeling just doesn't seem to go away, knowing you're picking up a Vette the next day. I know a lot of folks on here are most likely on their 5 or 6th (...or more). Then again....I could look at it like...I get to drive that new (?) 2005 Vette for a 5 hour meet and greet. I'm sure we'll get along just fine!!
Later,

Once you get into a C6 you won't need any stinkin sleep! congrats.

Beautiful C6! I just got my very first Corvette (2005 Millennium Yellow, 3 LT) about a week ago - LOVE IT! I actually found one with only 10,000 miles on it - immaculate. Good luck!

Congrats on getting the best color and best interior colors!
I did a similar 6 hour road trip to pick up my car as well. A rewarding drive home for sure.

Nice choice, love the color, my favorite, had to settle for black.

Here is your owners manual on the web:

Thanks for all the replies! There is going to be a transition period. Pulling into a business yesterday, and not yet (I am now!) used to the damn cement slabs, heard that awful scrape when you get to close. That sucked! It did rub off the paint and now have a 3" ugly yellow spot. Then, sorry I'm venting right now, the engine light came on, and had to get the car inspected, so had them throw on the computer to see what was up with that. Seems the catalytic converter bank is taking a dirt nap. It did however, pass the emissions test on the inspection. So, OK...time to go home and give her a bath and put her to rest. But, not without one more stab in the gut. Took my youngest for a little ride. When we get to the part where Daddy steps on the pedal a bit, I get a message in the screen reading, "Left front tire flat, slow to a safe speed" or something to that effect. Got out (after stopping of course) and checked, and tire sure felt properly inflated. I know these are the "run flat" tires....but has that happened to anyone here before. Sorry to be a dummy....but I haven't owned one of these computer vette's prior, so unsure if this is alarming. Just a car after all, and I understand stuff happens.
Thanks again for all the replies!

Check your tire in question with a tire gauge and confirm the pressure is right. May have a Tire Pressure Sensor going bad, or a dead battery as they are good for about 10 years.

Mine pulls this crap almost every time I drive the car. It goes away after a few miles usually. Next tire change I'll put in some new sensors.

Sometimes, when the TPMS is feeling extra scrappy the low tire warning will go all the way around. Front Right, Rear Right, Front Left, Rear Left. It is an especially fun game.

Yep. Sounds fun. This is my first taste of this. Not much of a techy, but looks like I will be getting some lessons...

Yep...big change. My Daily is a Chevy Avalanche with a 4" lift. Pretty weird going from one to the other
