Default C6 - where / how do you transport/store your firearm in the corvette

Wondering what does everyone do for transporting their handguns. Since there are only a few places it can go it would be fun to see pictures or locations of where everyone stores their firearms (and since the laws vary from state to state, it's also interesting to see how they transport it)

Please Post pics of your corvette and firearm, and also your unique firearm storage location!

A Glock 19 will slide in between the driver seat and the console from the front with the slide down. The bottom of the mag is barely visible but not noticeable with my black interior and tinted windows. Very easy access. I have also put it behind the passenger seat if I'm by myself.

My handguns are kept at 9 and 3 on the steering wheel.

Alien Gear has a Shape Shift Starter which allows (for example) a Glock 19 to move from beneath the dash to IWB or OWB.

At present they do not have shells for Kimber and several other models.

At $100, it is a good and price contained system.

The Corvette does not accommodate a Daniel Defense AR-15 very easily; have not tried to fit it in the glovebox.

Glock 42 or North American Arms 22 Mag will fit in the console. It gets a little hot in there but I don't think enough to cause any problems.

Ruger LCP fits in the center console with plenty of room left over for my other junk.

My browning hi-power fits easily in the console, even in the holster.

That's a very good idea and I'm not arguing the point, but depending on how you carry, it may be hard to get it out while seated. I've tested this sitting in the car in my garage with a holstered laser trainer, targets and recording software.

I carry an S&W Shield IWB at about 4:30 and keep a J-frame BUG in my center console for easy access.

For security against unauthorized access, especially since I have a convertible, the BUG goes in my pocket (with pocket holster) whenever I leave the car.

My guns stays firmly attached to my shoulders. Personally I don't feel threatened by people around me to need to carry a gun around all the time. I have a friend who does, I suspect due to his limited stature and poor physical condition.

I used to have those same thoughts. But no one knows when they'll be in the next restaurant, movie theater, home town parade, grocery store, etc... and face the threats that our changing world has created. Unfortunately, biceps are no match for the weapons of the ever growing population of psychos.
