How long do you sit in your corvette?
What's up guys? How long does everyone sit in their car? At times I feel it's super cool just to sit and look in the mirrors at the wide rear fenders.
Eventually, though I have to get out because the garage just gets too hot. At that point it's not cool anymore; it's kind of dorky to sweat that much.
I normally am 98.6, how about you?

I don't want to be part of the water bottle on the windshield epidemic that has hit the Corvette community so I sit in my car all day.

I sat in it tonight after supper and tried to make the seat go up and down, but it wouldn't do anything but hum.
So I stared at the wall for a while, took a nap, checked my wallet, checked the light bulbs and switches in the garage, checked the concrete floor and called it a night. The stress was just a little bit too much.

I do like to go out in the garage and sit in a lawn chair and look at it.

Seriously? What are we here 16 yo with our first car?
It's a flippin car. I guess I'm not easily amused ?
This forum needs a section specifically for "carlove". Sorry but its weird to me.

Longest I have ever sat in mine was driving about 500 miles in one nonstop stretch (note: I still have my "submarine bladder"- kind of like a reverse camel - I can go for ever without a head break).
I was making about 80-85 mph on average so it was only about 6 hours.

Do you guys make car noises when you're sitting in your Corvettes in the garage? The C6 is a really beautiful car (unlike the Hot Wheels looking C7 with all those grilles and vents) and it always takes my breath away when I see it sitting in the garage, but I don't get into it unless I'm intending to drive it. Besides, I have those two '69 Mustangs sitting in the garage too (one convertible and one fastback) so there is a selection of cars that attract me in there. Varoom! Varoom! Screech!

Well of course. Did you think my post was some kind of joke?
"Fontuky" . . . ? Who/what the hell is that? More Desert Rat slang?
Just think: If you'd have voted for Hillary, she would have stopped global warming and it wouldn't be so friggin' hot where you are.
You're welcome.
Fontuky is in the house and pissed because its so HOT
