Aftermarket Headlight Lens Choices?

Melting Slicks
You did a great job on yours and they fit like a glove. I usually try to coax the members into DIY to really save the money and know the job 1st hand and having the pride of a job well done.
My original lens replacement instructions I did back around 2009 to assist the DIY'ers and the easiest way to remove your lights from your car are on my website www.c6c7vette.com
I also have in stock every part you could possibly need for your headlights. I only do C6 and will be adding C7 headlights to the mix nect year. I am usually available to help at the drop of an email.
Also if you are looking for Genuine GM OEM headlight gaskets go here and here. He usually has them in stock even though they are getting impossible to get.

Do you have any lenses without your website on them?

Our lenses don't have anything except clear, shiny, pretty lenses (ok ok, a little tiny Zen6 logo, a DOT logo, and H9 and D1S (just like OEM).
We are adding the VOR to it as we get the full DOT certification shortly.
You can see how optically clear our lenses are in these photos. Zoom in really really closely and you'll see the reflection of the surroundings in the lenses.

I have had a lot of questions asked about DOT and ECE E11. My Lens were engineered to meet both US DOT and Euro from the very start. Never crossed my mind to start selling lens first then seeing if they are going to meet DOT after the fact or possibly not even bothering to be DOT compliant at all.
I put roughly 13 months into reverse engineering of the factory lens. design of the 2 part molds and many samples getting the final product right with no secondary processes needed.

We continue to drive towards the goal of having the most complete, one-stop, highest quality product on the market.*
Today, we'll be posting just a sneak peek (see below), but in the next 2-3 days, we hope to have the final install video for you.

For those asking here's the price breakdown:
210.00 for lens
100.00 for gaskets
310.00 only available as a set.
I'm also taking in a few lens replacement jobs. Be aware that I charge considerably more for my service for the main reason that you get what you pay for.
Current replacement service with the lens special is 760.00 including return shipping. By charging what the job is truly worth guarantees you get a top quality job in return. While others have did a couple of dozen I have did a couple of thousand sets over the past 10 years.
If you purchase just the lens as a DIY then I'm there with you just an email away to help get you through it if needed.

While the video is being processed/edited/produced/converted and then uploaded, we figured we'd give you a sneak peek into our process. If you have the tools shown in this video there will be no reason not to DIY the project.
Lovepreet came to us to help us do a DIY video for our customers. He did most of the work removing the bumper while we filmed. Then we took over.
The previous owner had done some work on these lenses, uses a reseal that was awful. We re-opened the lenses, installed the Orion V2 (3 ring combo is special order), removed the turn signal lens, blacked out the inner trims to a satin finish, and also wired up a set of DEMON Eyes - which will be installed later as we ran out of time.
All in, it was about 4 hours of work to achieve the results. Our quality of workmanship "speaks" - actually it doesn't speak, it's all in the pictures No one will show you this level of clarity of their lenses.
BTW - it's confirmed that if you have a second pair of hands, there is no need to drop the bumper, ever. this DIY is far simpler than most of you all imagine.
Enjoy:
Crappy original lenses - this is an 2012 GS, and it's already in bad shape, poorly painted inner trim with debris in the paint, and of course hazing
Closer detail of the micro cracks that started appearing.
We completed it with 3 rings.
This picture is worth a million words - quality, clear, no lengthy verses on the lenses, clean and simple!

For those currently doing a lens replacement and those looking ahead to see what the job entails I have the best video for removing your lights from the car by one person and YOU DON'T HAVE TO REMOVE THE FRONT BUMPER COVER OR FENDERS. This video has been available for years.
I also have my complete instructions that owners have used for the past 10 years and thousands of DIY headlight lens replacements.
Both are available on my website. No purchase is necessary. I just want to see well done and completed diy jobs.

That's the finished video
And this will piggy back on the original video we had:
Tomorrow we're doing another install and another on Monday, so if there is anything you guys want us to show, let us know.

Lenses Coatings and Leakage
RL, Just curious:
Do your lenses have any type of hardening, anti-glare and/or anti fog coatings?
Would they last longer if a clear coat were applied before they are installed?
Everyone:
How frequently do DIY installations glare, fog-up, or leak, when the recommended sealant is used?
