I'm so glad I did not sell this and pull the trigger on the C7 when first announced. Despite the ugly tail lights, I've learned about all the A8 issues as well as the cramped interior.

So instead of selling and pulling the trigger on a C7, I thought, let's make this supercharged beast look better than new. New master cylinder, new tires and a full 2 stage paint detail with Gyeon coating (no more waxing for 1.5yrs). Decision made...this is what my C7 would look like with all the trimmings

This is exactly what I did when I bought my GS last yr. I was looking at the Stingray's when I came upon a very low mileage C6 GS. I couldn't pass it up. A few months later the C7 GS came to the market.... I'm still happy with my purchase, I may move up to the C7 Z06 one day.

Somebody must like the C-7's because the market is still very good for the 2014's and 15's. I have had my victory red 05 Coupe for 12 years and it has been a great car and just turned 50,000 miles last week. I like the C-7's however the prices are holding way too firm for being 4 years old. I will be trading in the next year or two however I am buying a used one this time and am waiting for the right car and a good price.

"Why not C7?"

I don't care for the styling of it, especially the rear end...which simply looks awful.

The styling of the C6 is more aesthetically pleasing.
