Bought a vette
Hi all,
Like I said in my intro I would be buying a C6. Well I found one about a week and a half ago.
It's an'08 C6 with 3LT, HUD, F55, and J55. It's really clean and only has 40,000 miles on it.
I've been trying to familiarize myself with it and everything seems perfect so far. It was first sold in Arizona and then made its way to Texas. I'm the third owner.
However, there is one question mark for me. I have not been able to identify what brand of exhaust it has. It is just an axle back system with only two pipes exiting the rear. The quality and finish look good, but it does have some drone at some RPMs. I'll try and attach a picture so that possibly someone may recognize this exhaust brand.
If you recognize this exhaust let me know.

Congrats.
Don't recognize the mufflers but if you want no droan I recommend Corsa Sports or Corsa Extremes. Little more European sound than American muscle but I like them with my long tube headers.

Welcome to C6 General and congrats on the car! I don't know the brand of exhaust that is but I'll bet that the drone will run you out of the car out on the highway!

That is a truly beautiful car, but.....I have to say that is a very unflattering exhaust. Looks like it belongs on a truck. No-name brand, and the cans look like a copy of the MBRP...I am thinking import copy. Maybe good quality, but does not "fit" the C6, in my opinion.

I agree. This car needs Borla or Corsa. I have Borla on my Caddy and love it. No drone at any rpm.
Those pipes do resemble the MBRP but the tips are substantially longer.

Congrats on the new car. Now , get some Corsas on it quickly. That exhaust system really looks bad .
