Wonder if someone runs thru the back of you with blacked out tail lights who would be at fault?

Hmmm...I would almost think it is the car with tinted lights at fault. I believe here in California (and possibly other states) it is illegal to put tint on the headlights and tail lights. I know my friend got a fix it ticket like 10 years ago for having them.

If you only drive during the day......................I had these on my car when I first bought it. Could not see at all at night, but they peeled right off with a hair dryer.

I assume you're just talking about headlights. Obviously, you see diminished light output if you tint the headlights. However, the darker of the 2 is 20% so that will surely not be as bad as you seem to make it. I used these on all lights, minus headlights, on my Z06 & never had any issues with not enough light.

You must have better night vision than I do. It sucked at night. The side windows are heavy tint also and taking a turn at night has limited visibility. I sometime open window to be sure where I'm turning into. I put LED fog lights in and that helps tremendously. And as the vendor you may be a little biased. LOL. But Like I said it looks great during day.

Do these side marker overlays have the issue where the overlays don't fit so well on the fronts or don't cover the entire area? Keep hearing this about several different overlays.
