My brother-in-law is a retired deputy, and he told me once that most of the female cops he knew were lesbians.
I've seen a couple here and there that were quite attractive, don't think they were lezz, I begged them to tie me up but they wouldn't.

Call your insurance company and have the car fixed through them. Let them chase the tow company's insurance. I think it's called "subrogation" or something like that. Will not effect your rates. In hindsight, should have done this from the get go. Good Luck!

You sure have gotten the runaround from that tow companies insurance. I would contact my own insurance agent as Weathermaker above suggested and let them handle the matter. They can sue the other insurance company for their money. I would also contact the states insurance regulators and let them know what kind of a rash of crap the other company has given you.

That's why you pay them the big bucks. Your rates should never change if there is a claim for something that is clearly not your fault. That's why you pay them the big bucks up front. Your insurance company should be just as interested in getting this resolved as anyone. They are the ones that will eventually be on the hook if the repairs are not done correctly since you could have an "accident" that would get proper repairs and they would be paying rather than the way it is now where they pay nothing.

I would have done this 59 days ago instead of waiting two months, and still not having any results. Pay the deductible, get the car fixed if it's not totaled, and let the insurance company fight with the tow company to get the deductible back.

Update 10/11/17
Well i kind of got fed up and right after my last update i just called the insurance...yeah i know that i should have done this from the get go but i really got caught up with work, hurricane Irma etc...
Called Progressive and i was told that it was unacceptable the way my case has been handle and they sent an adjuster today to take a look at the car, unfortunately since the car can not be put on a lift because to the damage that it took to the rear right axle from when the car dropped when it was winched from the radiator support adjuster had it schedule for first thing Friday to be put on a lift, estimate damages and after that send the car for the body-shop for a proper estimation from them.
Lets hope this process doesn't take too long also i am kind of itching to get my car back.
As far as the conversation that i had with the insurance i told him that i want it to get paid, to cut a check to me and i will fix the car...maybe from all this negligence, waiting and mishandling i might be able to do some improvement with such money and have the car fixed at the same time.
