Default losing ground to the steering wheel

hey guys so back in the fall when weather was colder i noticed my horn stopped working so ignored it and now after storage when its spring/summer it started working again. i also got SAH in the fall too but no more in the nice weather. do u think its my battery? i have an 09 base vette with 6 year old battery still running normal expect tht time in fall colder weather

i dont think its any sensor or else it would throw service active handling regardless of weather change based on past threads iv read. could also have been old brake pads i had which squealed and were almost worn out but now i have brand new ceramics after storage
