Coupe or convertable? 1lt or 2lt or 3lt? These would help determine if the price us good. If it is a 1lt then I would say the price is about average if higher trims then it is a good deal.
#LT indicates the trim option: http://www.c6registry.com/facts/2007.htm

For some prospective I paid 27k US dollars for my 3LT convertable in May which was a 2007 with 39k miles. I paid a bit of a premium living in the Washington DC area where everything cost more. I found others like mine elsewhere in the county like mine for less.

For comparison purposes, my friend just sold his 2007 3LT Auto coupe with 80,000 km's in Atlantic Canada for 27K Canadian dollars.
The 2007 with only 39,000 KM's at $30K is about right for Canada. I see your car is also an auto, and being sold at a dealer, so there may be some wiggle room seeing that they want to get rid of it before winter, or they have to sell it for less next spring.

I didn't, but it was pretty similar in Km's and price.
Try offering them 27K, and hope they can meet halfway. I'm sure you will do better than 30K, but I could be mistaken. If your drooling on yourself while looking at the car, you will be dead in the water as far as negotiating.
If they won't budge, say fine, I'm also looking at another, and start walking out.
Nothing to lose. You can go back with your tail between your legs a few days later and pay what they want if you really want it.
Good luck

The price sounds about right. I don't know anything about Calgary, but, it sounds as if it is cold in the winter.

Would be good to know the following:
- Engine type (LS2? etc.)
- Coupe or Convertible
- Trim package 1LT, 2LT, 3LT, etc.
- Stock or modified (e.g., non OEM wheels, exhaust, cold air intake, etc.)
- General overall condition of exterior and interior (i.e., Excellent, Very Good, Good, Fair, anything lower, not sure why anyone would bother...)
