So far you are the only one who has asked, but I don't mind saying. I paid a little over 2000. For three years coverage.

Dennis is wide open about pricing so I don't think there's a problem with listing that.

And as far as not having the "stones" to say, truthfully this is the first time I've looked at the post again to see if there are more questions or replies.

It's a deal for me just due to the electronics of active handling and F55 ride control. There's plenty of other components that are historically problematic on C6's that this warranty will cover.

When someone tells me what a great deal something is but will not disclose the cost I smell scam. Not saying this is or is not a good deal for some but at what cost to others? I never have purchased an extended warranty for anything ever, never needed one either. I found I can fix most everything cheaper myself than paying deductibles ect.

I was giving Dennis a good recommendation. Not trying to sell anything for him.

If someone is in the market for an extended warranty my opinion is that he is a good source to contact. No one is trying to sell anyone one anything.

I've never purchased an extended warranty on anything, ever. This is the first time.

I've been a car guy and done most of my own work for years including electronics issues with Ford EEC 4 systems, and more recently with Chevy OBD 2 systems. I've also learned to follow the advice of experts in the field who are not trying to sell me something. Hence, the coverage on what will be a eleven year old car by the time this warranty expires.

If you are looking to purchase an extended warranty Dennis is my
recommendation. That's all.

Did you ask???
Incase you're dying to know back in September 2013 I purchased the GMPP Major Guard from Dennis.
I am covered until 9/30/2020 (84 months) OR 58,311 miles with a $0 deductible.
I paid $1,675.

7000 miles on the clock, maybe at 20000 I would consider. If I have major issues before then, I'll sell the car. $1,675. Is a mere bag of shells for 84 months.

I found the price very high for my 13 with 12,000 miles. Over 4k, I'll take the risk

As far as if you can get a warranty, if you have a 2007 or newer and under 120K you can get a GMEPP or as it is now called the Chevrolet Protection Plan.

Dennis any suggestions on an 06 convertible 51k miles. I know GM won't issue one but maybe someone else
Thanks

I normally pass on the extended warranty and each month I tuck away $150 into a car / emergency / fun account in case I have any needed repairs or some other emergency or I just want to buy something.

We've now had my car for 9 years without issue, and only one hail storm issue where I needed $1K for my home-owner insurance deductible to replace my roof.

Still sitting on a little over $15K for repairs / emergencies / fun in the account and growing monthly.

If you can afford tucking money away (I realize some are not in the position to) this would be my advice verses spending it on an extended warranty that you may or may not use.
