Subthump C6 subwoofer box
Picked this dual 8" partition box from Subthump. Took about 5 days for t/a. I had a question so I called he answered right away said it was going to ship next day and it did. Packaging was great and box fits like a glove. The roof locks in perfect.

Wow, that looks pretty good! I just upgraded my sound system last weekend and installed a sub box and new speakers. I had replaced the head unit a few months back. I'm guessing you are planning a whole system upgrade?

I still wish i did this box over mine. Looks small and clean. I was able to use a PAC AOEM-GM24 with success if you keep the stock headunit. Yes, there is a remote wire in the harness too! I thought i wanted dual 10" subs but just too powerful so i have everything turned low. For me, a good set of 8" subs would of done the job perfectly. Good choice!

I got this one from Dennis. It's a single 10" shallow mount.

^^ Cubby behind the driver seat is a Kenwood 900 5 channel. The passenger side I keep empty for storage. It's easy to reach from the drivers seat if I need the space.

Looks CLEAN my friend. Space is a necessity in these things. I like the gap that i have between the seat back and sub box. the amp i'm installing will just mount to the carpet behind one of the seats and then i'll have the rest of that gap which is about 10" wide to put stuff behind me without having to deal with it rolling around.

All great setups to make me jealous. Thanks for posting these wallet destroying pictures. That last one, wow is that one hell of a work of art; someone really outdid themselves.

That's part of the reason I got it. Lack of storage already so using the box as barrier works well. Install gets completed Friday I'll post more pics

I've been using the Subthump in my '13 now for about a year and really like it. I built an amp rack to sit in between the box and the seats which has worked out well. My only hangup with it is that it does use up some space to carry larger objects in the hatch. I got a good deal on a passenger side cubby sub box and put that in when I need to go on road trips and such as it allows for my wifes extra luggage. I prefer the sound from the 2 8" over the 10 in the cubby too. The 10 hits deeper but the 8's fill music better.
I also found out the hard way that while the top does fit in the hatch with the subthump in there you have to be careful pulling it back out. It you lift up to much the clips on each wheel well snap off like a twig in the wind. It's because the front of the targa sits on the top of the box and acts as a fulcrum to lift up on the clips which they are not designed to do. I broke one and took note and told myself to be careful and not do it again then broke the other one a few months later. Now I'm break free since I pay attention to make sure I lift up carefully.

Wanted to get the dual 8 inch but my amp is 500rms.bridged.. @4 ohm.. So i guess i need each sub with a 250 rms , Which makes finding subs kinds tough....

Get whatever subs you want if you’re sending them clean undistorted power. My tweets get 100w each, 2.5” mid get 200w each, 8” midbass gets 640w each, 12” subs infinite baffle get 320 each. IB takes much less power than an enclosure FYI. Before the redo... I was sending 640w to a single JL 10w3v3. Ran it like that for a few years.
