Check out RL Sebring's site. He offers replacement lenses, or can replace them for you if you decide to have him do the work instead. I'll be sending mine to him in the next couple of weeks. Forum vendor and has been selling and replacing C6 lenses for 10 years.
Im seeing a few videos about how to take the lens off the headlamp assembly but not many show how to take out the entire headlamp out of the car. Is it true you have to loosen the surrounding body panels to get the headlamps out of the car?

Yes it is. If you go to the site RL has a video that shows how to pull the lights out of the car.
