It doesn't make a difference to me. I just wanted the best blue (LMB) to ever be on a Corvette. I could have just waited a couple of months for the LS3 but I didn't like the baby blue color of the '08.

Ed is that kind of guy that shows his car. A car that will not increase in value nor will it ever become collectible because he did not get a LS7 or a LS9. He decided to go with the little LS3 (the smallest compression ratio of the C6s). When asked why he did that, he got all mad and began telling me it was none of my business LOL. All the rest of us on this forum: we daily drive our vettes. Meanwhile Edward can be found in his garage, OCD cleaning his car with nurse shoes and nurse gloves on.

You have issues. I still don't get why you're hung up on compression ratio when even with a lower compression ratio, the LS3 makes more power everywhere in the power band compared to the higher compression LS2.

If the LS3 is "little", then what is the LS2? Little-er?

It's not even laughable. His stupidity about compression ratio trumping power output is laughable. His stupidity about real world data proving the LS3 is faster yet still claiming the LS2 is just as fast is laughable.

Now it's getting to the point where I feel like he's going to start going around and stabbing anyone who drives any vehicle with a LS3 in it out of envy.

The LS3 is better than the LS2 but by only a car length (such a little amount). The difference between the two with similar mileage is 4k to 5k. The higher compression ratio allows the LS2 to make more low end torque over a broader spectrum than the LS3.
