Seriously, Welcome to the C6 Forum
As this is a very common issue, it has been posted many hundreds of times over the years, but new members such as yourself should read the FAQ portion on top of the C6 General forum. It has so much info on all that is C6

Also, make sure the rear latch is adjusted properly. There is a small steel hook that comes from the targa top and grabs onto the car when you lock it. That hook is adjustable. I have 2 tops and neither one makes any noise, but I do notice that the rear latch on each is adjusted pretty tight and takes a little pressure to lock it. I'm thinking that helps some. The hook can be turned to make it shorter or longer but there is a little screw that holds and locks it that you need to loosen first with an alan wrench.
