Default Insane price for stupid Christmas tree retainer

Is it me or is GM crazy charging $3.60 a piece for a 25794341 Christmas tree push retainer for our trim pieces!
These things are minuscule push pins that should be $3.60 for fifty of them.
Has anyone found a pin that is close in dimensions that does not cost an arm and a leg?
Geeze Louise, I can live with being screwed by the general on big ticket items, but don't insult me on a 2 cent injection molded pin.

Try Clipsandfasteners.com. You can get almost any retainer for cheap and have plenty of spares.

NAPA also has a great assortment of pins.

Yep. Unfortunately they do not carry the exact part number based on the GM part number. Going to see what is a close match and order some.

I took an old retainer to NAPA and they matched it to a replacement. Ordered it and it was there for pick up that same afternoon. Cost was a fraction of the OEM pin.

Just measure the head size, length, and shaft diameter. I'll bet they will have something that will match it or darned close.

I have bought MANY different types and sizes of C6 retainers from there.

I probably have what you need in one of my drawers.

Well, I just bought 50 on ebay for $3, and I don't even need them at this time, but I will.

Autozone has a pretty decent selection of that type of fastener.

I did an internet search, and the GM P/N 25794341 trim panel clip he is asking about looks like this:

Yup, they cost $3.33 each + shipping from GM Parts Direct
