I just ordered new seat covers today...pretty basic two-tone with script on the headrest, nothing fancy. How long is it generally taking to receive them from interior innovations?

I have ordered twice from them and both times took right at 10 days.

I've ordered from them twice and it took about 3 weeks both times. I would imagine it would take longer if you order something custom.

I ordered mine on 31 May, and they arrived 3 July.

I had my seat covers, shift boot, e-brake boot, and console cover, all with custom color, and the covers with custom stitching, in less than 10 days. I'm actually thinking it was closer to 7.

I'm currently in the same waiting game. I ordered on November 28th, yes 7 weeks ago. I've managed to get 1 call back in that time. Nothing custom, just a set of c5 sport seat covers in tan. Should be run of the mill for them. I can't get them to call me back. When I call the first number on the list they say they are a 'related' company but can't do anything to make the other company do their jobs. Seriously thinking about doing a credit card charge back and looking elsewhere.

The posts you are addressing are 15 months old, or older. I ordered seat covers from them back then, and it was about 7 days. I did not phone, but used email, and they responded very quickly. Try using the email and see if you get an answer. They were excellent covers, but I have not seen anything from or about them in the last 6 months or so.

I ordered 2 days before Christmas and got them 7 Jan. I got a notice from dhl about 5 days later they showed up.

I ordered some custom seat covers and it was about two weeks to get mine. Ordered around Dec 1, 2018 and arrived Dec 15.
