Default Car Cover Question

There seem to be several options for car covers. I'm needing an indoor cover and think those that have a liner to protect the finish would be a good idea.
Thoughts?

Here is what I use. I purchased a fairly good quality fleece lined outdoor cover I have used both in a garage and in my carport. The fleece lining is an added layer of protection in case the car gets bumped accidentally while carrying or moving something by. There are some really nice looking indoor covers but I think they are mainly for keeping dust off the car more than protecting it.

I went through what you are several years ago and bought several, including the super soft (and expensive) GM cover. It's a beautiful cover and silky smooth but all of the covers seem to put fine scratches on the car, no matter how careful I am. (Car is spotless and cover clean) I came to the realization there is a ton of wax on it, it's inside, what would the cover actually do. Plus I get to look at it over the winter.

I've used this on my 05 and 07. Would probably still have it except it didn't fit my 12GS. Bought another one. Great cover.
